Job summary

Sunnyslope Nursing Home is seeking a compassionate STNA/CNA to provide high-quality resident care in a welcoming, patient-focused environment in Ohio. You will regularly assist with daily living activities, observe health changes, and communicate with licensed nursing staff.

Applicants should have a CNA license or be eligible to sit for the CNA exam, along with a high school diploma or GED. Prior long-term care experience and strong communication are preferred.

• Long-term care experience with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Taking and recording vital signs.
• Measuring and recording height and weight, intake and output.
• Caring for the resident's environment.
• Assisting with bathing, grooming, and toileting.
• Assisting with eating and hydration.
• Observing resident's skin and reporting changes to licensed nurse; providing skin care as needed.
• Meeting resident's mental health and social service needs.
