Job summary

Sunrise Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) for the night shift from 7p to 7a. The role offers full-time or part-time hours in a dynamic, supportive environment focused on resident well-being and professional growth.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily care, maintaining dignity and safety for residents, accurate documentation, and adhering to facility policies.

Qualifications

• Must hold State Tested Nursing Assistant certification.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills; able to use lift techniques and equipment for resident transfers.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive, professional demeanor toward residents, visitors, families and co-workers.
• Assist in daily resident care including bathing, grooming, dressing, transferring, repositioning and activities of daily living.
• Protect resident rights, treat residents with dignity and respect, safeguard belongings, report suspected abuse or neglect.
• Follow Sunrise Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor towards residents, visitors, families, and co-workers.
• Assist in daily care of residents such as bathing, grooming, dressing, transferring, repositioning, and other activities of daily living.
• Promote and protect resident rights, treat residents with dignity and respect, protect resident’s personal belongings, report suspected abuse or neglect.
• Adhere to all policies and procedure of Sunrise Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Certification: State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification required.
• Experience: Good documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills; must be able to use proper lift technique and lift equipment to move, lift and transfer residents.
