Exciting news! Our grand opening is coming soon! We are hiring full-time or part-time hair stylists for a high-volume salon with flexible hours and an established customer base.

We are the largest Great Clips franchisee in the country. We aim to provide the highest effective wage in the market, which includes base wage, productivity, product commissions, and tips. Last week, our staff's average effective wage was $31.24/hr.*. No one earns less than $20/hr in total.

Benefits include a $300 signing bonus and ongoing training, both virtual and hands-on.

Responsibilities:

• Consulting with clients on stylistic options.
• Listening to clients' needs and preferences.
• Describing hair care products and their benefits.
• Shampooing, cutting, and styling hair.

Requirements:

• Valid barber or cosmetology license.
• Proficiency with hot irons, curlers, and blow-dryers is helpful.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Creative mindset and good eye for design.

Compensation includes base pay, product commissions, productivity bonuses, and tips.
