Job Details

• Full or Part-time hair stylist in a high-volume salon with flexible hours and an established customer base.
• We are the largest Great Clips franchisee in the country, offering the highest effective wage in the market (base wage + productivity + product commissions + tips). Last week, the average effective wage was $31.26/hr.* with no one earning less than $20/hr.
• $300 signing bonus and ongoing virtual and hands-on training.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients on hairstyle options.
• Listen to clients' needs and preferences.
• Describe hair care products and their benefits.
• Perform shampooing, cutting, and styling hair.

Requirements

• Valid barber or cosmetology license.
• Proficiency with hot irons, curlers, and blow-dryers is helpful.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Creative mindset and good eye for design.

Compensation

Base pay + product commissions + productivity + tips.
