Full or Part-time Hair Stylist Opportunity

Join our high-volume salon with flexible hours and an established customer base. We are the largest Great Clips franchisee in the country, committed to offering the highest effective wage in the market, which includes base wage, productivity bonuses, product commissions, and tips. Last week, our staff's average effective wage was $31.26/hr*. Earnings vary based on proficiency, but no one earns less than $20/hr in total.

Sign-on Bonus: $300

We provide ongoing training, including virtual and hands-on training.

Responsibilities:

• Consult with clients on hairstyle options.
• Listen to clients' needs and preferences.
• Describe hair care products and their benefits.
• Perform shampooing, cutting, and styling.

Requirements:

• Valid barber or cosmetology license.
• Proficiency with hot irons, curlers, and blow-dryers is advantageous.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Creative mindset with a good eye for design.

Compensation includes base pay, product commissions, productivity bonuses, and tips.
