We are the largest Great Clips franchisee in the country, striving to offer the highest effective wage in the market, which includes base wage, productivity, product commissions, and tips. Last week, our staff's average effective wage was $31.26/hr. No one earns less than $20/hr in total.

Benefits include free shears (MSRP $199) for interviews and a $300 signing bonus. We provide ongoing training, both virtual and hands-on.

Responsibilities:

• Consulting with clients on hair styling options.
• Listening to clients' needs and preferences.
• Describing hair care products and their benefits.
• Shampooing, cutting, and styling hair.

Requirements:

• Valid barber or cosmetology license.
• Proficiency with hot irons, curlers, and blow-dryers is helpful.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Creative mindset and good eye for design.
