Job summary

Agriteer, LLC is seeking a service technician to set up, service, and repair agriculture equipment, focusing on Planters and Precision Ag gear. The role includes on-site work at customer locations and requires travel up to 3 hours one way.

You will train to broaden knowledge of Planters and other Agriteer products, uphold core values, and maintain thorough work orders. Overtime and Saturdays may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be willing to work overtime and Saturdays.
• Able to drive a service truck up to 3 hours one way for road work.
• Valid Driver's License and DOT Medical Card; CDL preferred.
• Good knowledge of mechanical basics.
• Able to lift up to 80 lbs.
• Willingness to embrace and model Agriteer's Core Values.

Responsibilities

• Set-up and repair equipment as directed by Service Shop Team Leader in a timely and accurate fashion, specifically set-up of new Planters, and rebuild or repair work on used Planters ( on-site as well as at the Customer location ).
• Learn the various products to ensure that accurate, detailed, and timely records are maintained and completed on work orders.
• Honor our Customers by focusing on quality service in an efficient and effective manner while optimizing billable time, and by treating Customers' property with the utmost integrity.
• Project a professional and courteous attitude as defined by Agriteer, LLC.
• Any other task assigned by manager.

• Participate in training to increase and improve knowledge of Planters and other equipment represented by the Company.


• Represent the interest of Agriteer, LLC in a manner consistent with its vision, mission, business philosophy and Core Values .

Compensation Package:

• Hourly position


• $28-$35 hourly wage, based on experience
