Job summary

Agriteer, LLC is seeking an experienced hay equipment service technician for our Leola, PA service department. The role focuses on servicing hay tools and related harvesting equipment, both in the shop and on the road, to support customers with reliable maintenance and repairs.

Ideal candidates will be committed to continual training, teamwork, and delivering high-quality service while maintaining accurate work records and scheduling flexibility including overtime as needed.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set-up, service, and repair equipment in the shop and on the road as directed by Service Team Leader.
• Provide accurate and complete records on work orders and complete paperwork on time.
• Maintain a professional and courteous attitude and focus on quality service.
• Perform other tasks assigned by Service Team Leader.

Job description

Our Leola service department is looking to hire an additional experienced hay equipment service tech to their Team. This position will focus on servicing hay tools, but working on other harvesting equipment as well, both in the shop and on the road.

Primary area of responsibility:

• Set-up, service, and repair agriculture equipmentwith a focus on hay equipment.
• Represent the interest of Agriteer, LLC in a manner consistent with its vision, mission, business philosophy and Core Values .

On-Going Goals:

• Become trained and certified, as appropriate, for the equipment lines sold and serviced.
• Pursue appropriate, continual training on a variety of products.
• Learn all aspects of the service business at Agriteer, LLC.

Responsibilities:

• Project a professional and courteous attitude.
• Set-up, service, and repair equipment in a timely and accurate fashion, both in the shop and on the road, as directed by Service Team Leader.
• Honor our Customers by focusing on quality service in an efficient and effective manner while optimizing billable time, and by treating Customers' property with the utmost integrity.
• Provide accurate and complete records on work orders.
• Complete and submit paperwork on a timely basis.
• Any other task assigned by Service Team Leader.
