Job summary

Agriteer is seeking a skilled Agricultural Sprayer Service Technician to join our Leola team in a full-time role. You will be responsible for setup, maintenance, and complex repair of high-clearance sprayers and application equipment, in shop or on customer farms.

The ideal candidate has experience in agricultural/mechanical fields, strong knowledge of hydraulics, electronics, and pneumatics, and proficiency with diagnostic tools and machine software.

Qualifications

• Diesel engine experience is a baseline; ag equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform setup, routine service, and complex repairs on sprayer equipment.

Role Overview

Agriteer is seeking a skilled and dependable Agricultural Sprayer Service Technician to join our Leola team. This is a specialized role focused on the setup, maintenance, and complex repair of high-clearance agricultural sprayers and application equipment. Whether working in our state-of-the-art shop or providing critical on-road support to our customers, you will be the expert ensuring this sophisticated machinery stays operational during the most critical times of the year.

Key Responsibilities

• Specialized Maintenance: Perform setup, routine service, and complex repairs on agricultural sprayer equipment (high-clearance applicators).
• Field & Shop Service: Conduct diagnostics and repairs both within the dealership shop and on-site at customer farms.
• System Diagnostics: Troubleshoot and repair a diverse range of systems, including Diesel Engines, Hydraulics, Pneumatics, and advanced Electronic Control Systems.
• Technology Integration: Utilize computer diagnostic tools to interface with machine software for calibration and troubleshooting.
• Value-Driven Service: Support the Agriteer Core Values by delivering high-quality workmanship and a strong focus on the customer's success.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: Proven experience in the agricultural or mechanical fields. While diesel experience is a baseline, a specific background in specialized ag equipment is highly preferred.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of hydraulics, electronics, and pneumatics. You must be comfortable using computer technology for machine diagnostics.
• Physical Ability: Ability to lift a minimum of 80 lbs. and handle the physical rigors of machinery repair.
• Reliability: A dependable, self-motivated professional who works effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Licensing: Must possess and maintain a current, valid driver's license.
• Availability: Willingness to work Saturday hours and overtime as seasonally required to support our customers during peak agricultural windows.
