Job summary

Southeast Clips is seeking a full- or part-time hair stylist for a high-volume salon with flexible hours and an established customer base. The role offers a base wage plus product commissions, productivity, and tips, with an average effective wage around $31.26/hr and no one earning less than $20/hr.

There is a $300 signing bonus and ongoing training, both virtual and hands-on, to support skill development and client service excellence.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid barber or cosmetology license.
• Proficiency with hot irons, curlers, and blow-dryers is helpful.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Creative mindset and a good eye for design.

Something that makes us a little different is that we strive to have the highest "effective wage" in the market (base wage + productivity + product commissions + tips). Last week the average effective wage of our staff was $31.26/hr.* Some make a little less, some make substantially more. It all just depends on how proficient you are, but no one in my company earns less than $20/hr in total.
