Job summary

Southeast Clips, a large Great Clips franchisee, is seeking a full- or part-time hair stylist for a high-volume salon with flexible hours and an established client base.

We offer an average total wage of about $31.26 per hour, with base pay, product commissions, productivity, and tips; none earn less than $20 per hour. Includes a $300 signing bonus and ongoing training—virtual and hands-on. Responsibilities include styling consultations, product guidance, shampooing, cutting, and styling.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid barber or cosmetology license.
• Proficiency with hot irons, curlers, and blow-dryers is helpful.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Creative mindset and a good eye for design.

We are the largest Great Clips franchisee in the country. Something that makes us a little different is that we strive to have the highest "effective wage" in the market (base wage + productivity + product commissions + tips). Last week the average effective wage of our staff was $31.26/hr.* Some make a little less, some make substantially more. It all just depends on how proficient you are, but no one in my company earns less than $20/hr in total.
