Southeast Clips is seeking a Full or Part-time hair stylist for a high-volume salon with an established customer base. We offer flexible hours, a base wage plus commissions, and tips to maximize earnings.

The team is the largest Great Clips franchisee in the country, with ongoing virtual and hands-on training and a $300 signing bonus. Average effective wage is $31.26/hr, and no one earns less than $20/hr.

Qualifications

Something that makes us a little different is that we strive to have the highest "effective wage" in the market (base wage + productivity + product commissions + tips). Last week the average effective wage of our staff was $31.26/hr.* Some make a little less, some make substantially more. It all just depends on how proficient you are, but no one in my company earns less than $20/hr in total.
