Job summary

Southeast Clips is the largest Great Clips franchisee in the country, and we are seeking a full- or part-time hair stylist for a high-volume salon with a flexible schedule and an established client base.

We offer ongoing virtual and hands-on training, a lucrative compensation mix (base wage + product commissions + productivity + tips), and a $300 signing bonus. The average effective wage is $31.26/hr, with no one earning less than $20/hr.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid barber or cosmetology license.
• Proficiency with hot irons, curlers, and blow-dryers is helpful.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Creative mindset and a good eye for design.

Something that makes us a little different is that we strive to have the highest "effective wage" in the market (base wage + productivity + product commissions + tips). Last week the average effective wage of our staff was $31.26/hr.* Some make a little less, some make substantially more. It all just depends on how proficient you are, but no one in my company earns less than $20/hr in total.
