Job summary

CleanPower is seeking a dedicated Cleaning Technician in Appleton, WI to perform site cleaning tasks in the Specialty Services Division. The role requires following safety protocols, completing daily paperwork, and handling heavy lifting when necessary.

Shift: M-F, 4/4:30pm–1:00am with an hourly rate of $18.00/hour. Location at 3011 East Capitol Drive, Appleton, WI. Pre-employment checks and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old.
• Pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check are required.
• Valid driver's license and pass driving background
• Must be able to follow and understand all manufacture labels and directions on any and all chemicals/products used by the Specialty Services Department.
• Construction Clean/Final Clean newly constructed/remodeled structures as to allow tenant occupancy.
• Heavy lifting is required while completing work in the Specialty Services Department.
• Must complete all paperwork related to job orders and work orders assigned each day and bring any and all safety related issues up to your lead person and or manager immediately.
• Perform any and all other duties assigned related to the Specialty Services Division.

Responsibilities

• Strip and refinish hard surface floors using low speed swing machine, wet vacuum and other floor related equipment and supplies.
• Scrub and refinish hard surface floors using low speed swing machine, wet vacuum and other floor related equipment and supplies.
• Scrub concrete floors using low speed swing machine, autoscrubber, rider sweeper scrubber and other floor related equipment and supplies.
• Scrub ceramic, marble, terrazzo, and/or other specialized flooring using low speed swing machine, wet vacuum and other floor related equipment and supplies.
• Carpet extraction using self-contained carpet extractors, minispotters and other carpet care related equipment and supplies…
• Dry foam carpeting using a Taski Ergo disk dry foam machine.
• Bonnet clean using low speed swing machine, bonnets and other related equipment and supplies.
• CFR carpet and upholstered furniture using CRF wet extraction equipment and CFR supplies.
