Job summary

Marsden Holding Company, doing business as CleanPower, is seeking a Floor Tech/Cleaner in the Stevens Point area. This is a swing shift mostly in the summer. The rest of the year will be working mostly 2nd shift.

Shift:M-F 4:30pm to 2:00am and 8am to 4pm when needed. HourlyRate: $18.00/hour. This is a permanent, full-time position with benefits after 30 days.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Pre-employment drug screen and background check required.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving background.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Buffing and waxing floors.
• Carpet extraction.
• Construction clean up.
• Windows cleaning.
• Restoration tasks.
• Other duties as assigned.
