Job summary

Fountain seeks a Floor Tech Supervisor in Milwaukee, WI. You will supervise the cleaning crew, schedule tasks, and oversee payroll for a full-time evening shift (Mon-Fri, 4:30pm–1:00am). The position offers $22.00 per hour and full benefits after 30 days.

Requirements include being 18+, English-speaking, a pre-employment drug screen and background check, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 30 lbs. Room to grow within Marsden Holding Company.

Qualifications

• Must have supervisory experience.
• Must be able to speak English.
• Pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check required.
• Valid driver's license and pass driving background.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the crew and assign daily tasks.
• Create schedules and manage payroll.
• Buff floors and perform waxing.
• Carpet extraction and general cleaning duties.
• Construction clean up, windows, and restoration tasks.
• Handle other duties as assigned.
