Job summary

Paycom is seeking a Counselor for the Extension Center to assist in student services, counseling on educational programs, course offerings, and college/career choices. You will refer students to appropriate information sources and collaborate with campus staff to support problem-solving activities and coordinate career and student assistance programs.

Responsibilities include developing and administering surveys and needs assessments, assisting with registration and testing, and supporting grant

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Business or related field.
• Three (3) years experience in education or counseling or academic advising or educational recruiting.
• Knowledge of the principles and practices of education and counseling; ability to communicate effectively both oral and in writing; grant writing preferred.
