Planet Fitness in Woodstock, IL is hiring a Customer Service Representative. Starting pay is $15 per hour with increases at 180 days, 1 year, and every 6 months after the first year, based on anniversary date. Schedule is 34 hours/week (Mon-Wed 5am-11am, Thu-Fri 5am-1pm).

Responsibilities include greeting members, signing up new members, handling questions, processing sales, and promoting fitness classes while maintaining a clean and safe club environment.

Qualificações

• Customer service experience required.
• High school diploma/GED or equivalent preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Basic computer proficiency required.

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system.
• Promote fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to members and guests.
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.

Job Details: Job Location: L211 Woodstock - Woodstock, IL 60098, Full - Time: Starting at $15 per hour.

Hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year and every 6 months, after the first year, based on anniversary date.

Monday-Wednesday 5am-11am, Thursday-Friday 5am-1pm (34 Hrs/Week)

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

Responsible for providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free member experience.

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.

• Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our active members and our new members
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.

Qualifications: Job Requirements:

• Customer service experience
• High school diploma/GED equivalent preferred
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Basic computer proficiency

Physical Demands:

• Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Will encounter cleaning chemicals during shift
• Frequent climbing, balancing, kneeling and crouching during shift
• Continual reaching with hands/fingers/arms during shift
