Responsibilities:

1. Review work schedule, check equipment and supplies, comply with PPE requirements, and prepare for duties at the start of each shift.
2. Enter orders, schedule work, supervise and train team members, handle inventory, check item dates, adjust pricing, and perform all departmental tasks as needed.
3. Assemble and mix ingredients, prepare trays, bake goods, and manage baking processes.
4. Package, label baked goods, clean display cases, and ensure fresh products are presented.
5. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all work surfaces, tools, equipment, display cases, floors, and counters.
6. Oversee Starbucks operations.

Qualifications:

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Complete a 60-day introductory (probationary) period.
• Meet ergonomic, physical, and performance standards, including attendance.
• Use or learn to use necessary equipment and tools safely.
• Wear proper clothing and shoes as approved.
• Possess valid identification.
• Preferred: 1 year of work experience or technical training.
• Complete in-house forklift training.

Physical Requirements:

• Shift hours: 8-10 hours based on business needs.
• Job involves continual activity with maximum exertion.
• Lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
• Stand approximately 55%, sit 0%, walk 45%.
• Category IV physical demands, including lifting, carrying, and pulling up to 50 lbs.
• Max pull static: 20 lbs.
