Responsibilities
  1. Review work schedule, check equipment and supplies, comply with PPE requirements, and prepare for duties at the start of each shift.
  2. Enter orders, schedule work, supervise and train team members, receive, store, and stock items, check dates, adjust pricing, and perform all department tasks as needed.
  3. Assemble and mix ingredients, prepare trays, load into ovens, and bake goods.
  4. Package, wrap, label baked goods, clean display cases, and stock fresh goods.
  5. Clean and sanitize all work surfaces, tools, equipment, display cases, floors, and counters.
  6. Oversee Starbucks operations.
Qualifications
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively to fulfill job duties and safety regulations.
  • Minimum age: 18 years.
  • Complete a 60-day introductory (probationary) period.
  • Meet ergonomic, physical, and performance standards.
  • Ability to operate necessary equipment and perform all job functions safely.
  • Adhere to company policies, including attendance and dress code.
  • Valid identification required.
  • Preferred: 1 year of work experience or technical training.
  • Complete in-house forklift training.
Physical Requirements
  • Shift hours: 8-10 hours based on business needs.
  • Physical demands include lifting up to 50 lbs., standing for 55%, walking for 45%.
  • Max pull: 20 lbs.
Preferred Requirements

Understanding of company policies as outlined in the policy manual and team member handbook is expected.
