Responsibilities

1. Review work schedule, check equipment and supplies, comply with PPE requirements, and prepare for duties at shift start.
2. Enter orders, schedule work, supervise and train team members, receive and stock items, check dates, adjust pricing, and perform department tasks as needed.
3. Assemble and mix ingredients, prepare trays, and bake goods.
4. Package, label, and display baked goods, and maintain cleanliness of display cases and work surfaces.
5. Sanitize all tools, equipment, and surfaces.
6. Oversee Starbucks operations.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.
• At least 18 years old.
• Complete a 60-day introductory period.
• Meet ergonomic, physical, and performance standards, including attendance.
• Willing to wear approved clothing and shoes.
• Valid identification required.
• Preferred: 1 year of work experience or technical training.
• Complete in-house forklift training.

Physical Requirements

• Shift hours: 8-10 hours based on business needs.
• Lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
• Stand 55%, sit 0%, walk 45%.
• Category IV: lifting, carrying, pushing/pulling up to 50 lbs.
• Max pull static: 20 lbs.

Preferred Requirements

Team members should understand company policies as outlined in the policy manual and employee handbook.
