Duties and Responsibilities

1. Review work schedule, check equipment and supplies, comply with PPE requirements, and prepare for duties at the start of each shift.
2. Enter orders, schedule work and production, supervise and train team members, receive, store, and stock items, check dates, and update pricing as needed.
3. Assemble and mix ingredients, prepare trays, and bake goods.
4. Package, wrap, label baked goods, clean display cases, and restock with fresh products.
5. Clean and sanitize all work surfaces, tools, equipment, display cases, floors, and counters.
6. Oversee Starbucks operations.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.
• At least 18 years old.
• Complete a 60-day introductory (probationary) period.
• Meet ergonomic, physical, and performance standards, including attendance.
• Willing to wear proper clothing and shoes.
• Valid identification.
• Preferred: 1 year of work experience or technical training.
• Complete in-house forklift training.

Physical Requirements

• Shift hours: 8-10 hours depending on business needs.
• Job involves continuous activity.
• Lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
• Stand approximately 55% of the time, walk 45%.
• Category IV physical requirements for lifting, carrying, and pushing up to 50 lbs.
• Max pull static: 20 lbs.
