Duties and Responsibilities

1. Review the work schedule, check equipment and supplies, comply with PPE requirements, and prepare for duties at the start of each shift.
2. Enter orders, schedule work and production, supervise and train team members, handle inventory, check product dates, adjust pricing, and perform all department tasks as needed.
3. Assemble and mix ingredients, prepare trays, bake goods, package and label baked items, clean display cases, and maintain cleanliness.
4. Oversee Starbucks operations.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.
• At least 18 years old.
• Complete a 60-day introductory period.
• Meet ergonomic, physical, and safety requirements.
• Proficient with or willing to learn equipment and tools.
• Perform all job functions safely and meet performance standards, including attendance.
• Wear proper attire as approved.
• Valid ID required.
• Preferred: 1 year of work experience or technical training.
• Complete in-house forklift training.

Physical Requirements

• Shift hours: 8-10 hours based on needs.
• Job involves continuous activity.
• Lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
• Stand approximately 55%, walk 45%.
• Category IV: lifting, carrying, pushing/pulling up to 50 lbs.
• Max static pull: 20 lbs.

Preferred Requirements

Team members should understand and follow company policies and procedures outlined in manuals and handbooks.
