Primary Purpose

Asset Protection Associates ensure a secure shopping environment, a safe workplace, and the protection of company assets to support store success.

Responsibilities

• Investigate asset loss including merchandise, cash, and property.
• Prevent loss and shrink through monitoring, surveillance, and other LP tactics.
• Ensure safety and security within assigned stores.
• Implement and monitor shrink reduction strategies.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in retail operations, customer service, loss prevention, or asset protection.
• Ability to write detailed reports and maintain confidentiality.

High School Diploma or GED required.
