Primary Purpose

Asset Protection Associates ensure a secure shopping environment for customers, a safe workplace for employees, and the protection of company assets to support store success.

Responsibilities

• Investigate loss of assets including merchandise, money, and property.
• Prevent loss and shrink through monitoring, surveillance, and other loss prevention tactics.
• Ensure safety and security of assigned stores.
• Implement shrink reduction strategies.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in retail operations, customer service, loss prevention, or asset protection.
• Ability to write detailed reports and maintain confidentiality of investigation information.

High School Diploma or GED required.
