Primary Purpose

Asset Protection Associates ensure a secure shopping environment, a safe workplace, and the protection of company assets, contributing to the store’s ongoing success.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Investigate loss of assets, including merchandise, cash, and property
• Prevent loss and shrink through monitoring, surveillance, and other loss prevention tactics
• Ensure safety and security of the store and its staff
• Implement and monitor strategies to reduce shrinkage

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in retail operations, customer service, loss prevention, or asset protection
• Ability to write detailed reports and maintain confidentiality

High School Diploma or GED required.
