Primary Purpose

Asset Protection Associates ensure a secure shopping environment, a safe workplace for staff, and the protection of company assets to support the store's success.

Responsibilities

• Investigate losses of assets, including merchandise, cash, and property.
• Prevent loss and shrinkage through monitoring, surveillance, and loss prevention tactics.
• Maintain safety and security within the store.
• Implement and monitor strategies to reduce shrinkage.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in retail operations, customer service, or loss prevention/asset protection.
• Ability to write detailed reports and maintain confidentiality of investigation information.

High School Diploma or GED required.
