Elior Collegiate Dining at Oakwood University in Huntsville, AL, is seeking a skilled office coordinator to support administrative tasks and manage daily office needs as a Full-Time onsite role.

You will answer calls, greet visitors, coordinate meetings, arrange catering and room bookings, and assist with external meetings. Must have a high school diploma and proficiency in MS Office.

The Role at a glance:

We are looking to add a skilled, motivated office coordinator to our Elior Collegiate Dining team. As an office coordinator, you will have the opportunity to assist in administrative tasks and to manage daily office needs.
