Qualifications

  • 8+ years of total IT experience, with 5+ years in a Scrum Master role.
  • Hands-on SAFe/Agile Release Train experience.
  • Proven experience supporting PI Planning and ART‑level ceremonies.
  • Strong track record managing cross‑team, cross‑ART, and third‑party dependencies.
  • Experience in co‑sourced delivery models with onshore/offshore teams.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives) for one or more teams within the Communications ART.
  • Support PI Planning, iteration execution, and ART‑level ceremonies in alignment with SAFe practices.
  • Identify, track, and proactively manage dependencies across teams, ARTs, shared services, and third‑party vendors.
  • Coordinate delivery timelines with internal platform/integration teams and external partners.
  • Remove impediments, manage risks, and drive predictable sprint and PI delivery.
  • Maintain and communicate program‑level status, risks, and dependency dashboards.
  • Partner with RTEs, Product Managers, Product Owners, and Solution Leads.
