Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an I&D Go-to-Market Lead – Media Account to drive growth across Data, Analytics, AI, and Insights within a strategic media client. You will partner with sales, consulting, and delivery teams to shape and win strategic data engagements and align executive priorities with scalable cloud transformations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in data consulting, go-to-market strategy, business development, solution architecture, account leadership, or technology services.
  • Proven experience identifying, shaping, and closing large-scale Data, Analytics, AI, or Cloud transformation opportunities.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and executing growth strategies within complex enterprise accounts.
  • Strong understanding of modern data architectures, cloud data platforms, data engineering, analytics, AI, data governance, and modernization approaches.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the Data, Analytics, AI, and Insights growth strategy for the account.
  • Identify, qualify, shape, and lead strategic pursuits across data modernization, analytics, AI, GenAI, cloud, and data transformation.
  • Build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders across CIOs/CTOs/CDOs and business leaders.
  • Partner across sales, consulting, solution architecture, delivery, and service-line teams to win proposals.
  • Translate client priorities into data, AI, analytics, and cloud transformation opportunities.
  • Lead complex solutioning and pursuit efforts involving data platforms, AI, cloud, and application modernization.
  • Develop account-based growth plans and identify opportunities to expand client relationships.
  • Provide commercial leadership across engagements: revenue growth, margin, utilization, governance.
