Qualifications

  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, with at least 1+ year on AEM projects.
  • Strong understanding of Adobe Experience Manager architecture, components, and workflows.
  • Experience with Agile tools like Jira, Confluence, Rally, or Azure DevOps.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and demos.
  • Coach and mentor AEM development teams on Agile/Scrum principles and practices.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to manage and refine the product backlog specific to AEM features and enhancements.
  • Ensure timely delivery of AEM components, templates, workflows, and integrations.
  • Identify and remove impediments that hinder team progress.
  • Track and report team metrics (velocity, burndown charts, etc.) to stakeholders.
  • Promote continuous improvement and Agile maturity across teams.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including UX, QA, DevOps, and content authors.
  • Ensure compliance with AEM architecture standards, governance, and performance benchmarks.
