Principal Accountabilities:

• Conduct verification and maintenance of food safety and quality systems, hazard analysis, sanitation processes, prerequisite programs, manufacturing processes, plant environment, and finished products.
• Collaborate with operations on corrective and preventative measures when necessary.
• Ensure adherence to corporate, regulatory, customer, and facility food safety and quality requirements, and complete corrections and corrective actions.
• Lead relevant regional, corporate, and regulatory food safety audits.

Required Qualifications:

• Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of food/feed safety industry practices and standards.
• Minimum of two years of related work experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Basic auditing and compliance skills to identify and manage risks.
• Ability to train employees and influence change.
