The role requires ensuring compliance with spec readings, communicating clearly, and supporting the team on quality initiatives. This position is on-site on the 2nd shift, with standard plant safety protocols in a fast-paced facility.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in food manufacturing or related QA experience.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical and visual inspections of products and plant systems.
• Document and calculate results accurately.
• Take corrective action when necessary, alerting personnel to adjust processes and report results to management.
• Handle additional assignments as requested.
