Job summary

Aspire Bakeries LLC is seeking an FSQA Technician II in the United States (SC). The role focuses on ensuring food safety, quality, packaging, and labeling compliance through inspections, audits, and verification programs.

Ideal candidates have a strong foundation in HACCP, cGMPs, and preventive controls, with experience in a manufacturing environment and in using SAP and Excel for documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required and two years of manufacturing experience in food safety, QA, or related field.
• Ability to obtain HARPC and GFSI certification within one year of hire.
• Knowledge of HACCP, cGMPs, preventive controls, and quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor food safety and quality systems to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct inspections, audits, and verification activities for GMPs, hygiene, allergen controls, HACCP, and preventive controls.
• Evaluate raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to identify quality or food safety concerns.
• Verify packaging, labeling, coding, lot traceability, net weight compliance, and recipe adherence.
• Support audits by documenting review and corrective action follow-up.
• Maintain accurate records of sampling, testing, monitoring, and quality verification activities.
