Job summary

WestRock in Little Rock, AR is seeking an FSQA Technician I to perform quality checks during the production cycle and ensure items meet safety standards.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, enter test results into our quality database, and help maintain GMP compliance, with responsibilities spanning inspections, material checks, and supporting the team.

Strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential; some SOP reading and data entry experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years' experience with quality inspection, auditing, data collection or testing.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and office-based database systems.
• Ability to read SOPs, policies and standards.
• Strong attention to detail and logical thinking.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-line inspections on WIP and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Ensure GMP practices are followed by all personnel and maintain quality standards.
• Enter test results into a quality database accurately.
• Identify and segregate nonconforming goods when required.
• Conduct general housekeeping to maintain a clean, GMP-compliant environment.
• Support management with related tasks and other duties as assigned.
