Job summary

Jobot is seeking a dedicated FSQA Technician in Los Angeles to uphold the highest safety and quality standards in a premium food manufacturing setting. You will implement and monitor food safety programs, ensuring compliance with HACCP, SQF, BRC, and other regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years in a similar role within food manufacturing.
Experience with HACCP, SQF or BRC and related standards.
Experience with inspections, swabbing, calibration and troubleshooting in food production.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and detail-oriented mindset.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Degree or certification in food science, microbiology, or related field is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Implement and monitor food safety and quality programs ensuring HACCP, SQF, BRC compliance.
Conduct inspections, swabbing, and calibrations of equipment and facilities.
Troubleshoot food safety and quality issues and take corrective actions.
Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests and corrective actions.
Collaborate with production to uphold high safety and quality standards.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and technologies.
Provide training on best practices for food safety and QA.
