Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Quality Systems & Regulatory Manager in Los Angeles to lead food safety programs, labeling accuracy, and regulatory submissions across the organization. You will collaborate with production, R&D and leadership to maintain HACCP, BRC and USDA standards, drive audits, and improve quality systems while guiding the QA team.

Qualifications

• Experience in food safety, quality, or regulatory affairs in a USDA environment.
• Strong attention to detail with a tech-forward approach.
• Able to manage multiple projects and customer compliance forms.
• Comfortable being the point person on audits and inspections.
• Passionate about continuous improvement and quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain food safety programs (HACCP, BRC, USDA).
• Oversee labeling compliance and regulatory submissions.
• Coordinate customer quality documentation and responses.
• Use Redzone, Smart Sheets, or Tableau for quality metrics and reporting.
• Train and support QA team members on quality systems.
• Collaborate with production, R&D, and executive leadership.
