Job summary

Didion Milling in Cambria, WI seeks a detail-oriented team member to perform in-process quality checks and ensure product safety. You will log readings, enter data into computer systems for traceability, and maintain a clean, GMP-compliant workspace.

This role supports production through quick shifting priorities, with a focus on accuracy, safety, and continuous improvement. No advanced lab background is required, and growth opportunities are available.

Picture your shift: you arrive at our Cambria, WI facility ready to safeguard the food supply. On the floor, you’ll rotate through stations, perform in-process checks, log readings, and keep production moving with precision. Whether you prefer sunup or sundown, your attention to detail keeps families fed and industries supplied.

Where and when you'll work

• Location: Cambria, WI
• Schedule options:
• 6AM-6PM | 4 days on / 4 days off
• 6PM-6AM | 4 days on / 4 days off

Compensation & perks

• Hourly pay: $22-$26 (based on experience)
• Shift premium: +$3.00/hour (night shift)
• Extra PTO: 40 hours annually for night shift team members
