Job summary

Didion Milling is seeking a Night Shift Food Quality Technician to ensure product safety and quality across operations in Cambria, WI. You’ll perform routine tests, record data accurately, and maintain a clean, food-safe environment in a fast-paced setting.

The role emphasizes reliability, attention to detail, and teamwork, with training provided for lab-related tasks and systems. Night shifts include premium pay and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in lab testing, food production, or quality assurance is a plus—but not required. We’ll train the right candidates!
• Basic computer skills and eagerness to learn new systems.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with a sense of urgency.

$22-$26 per hour (based on experience)

What You’ll Do

Physical testing + production quality checks (no chemistry or advanced lab experience required)!
