Job summary

Didion is seeking a Packaging Technician in Cambria, WI to operate and maintain packaging equipment, perform quality checks, and ensure accurate data entry for outbound shipments. The role offers 6am–6pm on a 2-2-3 schedule or 6pm–6am on a 4 days on/4 days off schedule with a $3/hour night shift premium and 40 extra hours of PTO for night shifts.

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Basic driving skills required; forklift driving experience a plus.
• General computer competency required.
• Previous manufacturing experience, especially food-safe, a plus.
• Ability to work autonomously with problem solving and troubleshooting to complete tasks safely.

Requirements

• High School Graduate, GED, or equivalent experience.

• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment, in particular a food safe environment, a plus.
• Ability to work autonomously using critical thinking, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills to complete assigned tasks safely without supervision.

• Ability to proactively drive continuous improvement project creation and execution.
