Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Two years of related experience in food manufacturing if no degree.
• Ability to perform micro testing of finished product, ingredients and environmental samples.
• Knowledge of aseptic technique preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proficient knowledge of SQF and GMP practices.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor critical control points to ensure product quality and safety.
• Audit on-floor processes and products for SQF, HACCP, GMP compliance.
• Collect samples for microbial monitoring and product analysis.
• Perform pre-operational and operational equipment inspections per SSOP.
• Document laboratory and compliance records accurately.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and SPC data collection.
