Job summary

Heartisan Foods, part of the Gellert Global Group, is seeking a FSQA Technician to monitor hygiene, sanitation, and product quality on the production floor in Wisconsin. The role emphasizes GMP, HACCP, and SQF compliance, with second or third shift options.

Qualifications

• 2 years of manufacturing experience.
• HACCP knowledge; certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
• SQF knowledge; SQF Practitioner certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Ensure GMP hygiene and sanitation standards in all departments.
• Conduct inspections for metal detectors, seals, weight, labels.
• Maintain presence in production area and inspect raw and finished goods.
• Support production staff in problem-solving.
• Enforce SQF/HACCP guidelines and prerequisite programs.
• Collect, label, log, and organize samples for labs.
• Organize daily testing for correct product release.
• Check and release products prior to shipment.
• Maintain safe, clean work environment per rules.
• Other duties as needed.
