Job summary

PS Seasoning in Wisconsin is seeking a Quality Assurance Technician to join our fast-paced production team and uphold the highest standards in food safety and quality. The role is hands-on, requiring attention to detail and the ability to make confident decisions with minimal supervision.

You'll inspect, test, and weigh products, release materials, monitor CCPs and allergens, and support GMP, HACCP, and internal audits while collaborating with cross-functional teams on 2nd or 3rd shift.

Qualifications

• Experience in food QA with HACCP/GMPs preferred
• AA degree in science preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Responsibilities

• Inspect, sample, test, and weigh product to meet specs
• Receive, test, and release raw materials and finished products
• Identify non‑compliant products and initiate holds
• Observe production processes and adjust to maintain quality
• Conduct daily allergen testing and monitor CCPs
• Perform pre-operation inspections and routine audits
• Support customer, SQF, third‑party, and internal audits
• Review labels for accuracy and compliance
• Uphold GMP, HACCP, personal hygiene, and safety protocols
• Assist with other QA tasks as needed
