Job summary

Conagra Brands is seeking a hands-on FSQRA leader on first shift to drive food safety and quality execution on the production floor in Lincoln, NE. You will partner with production teams, guide investigations, and uphold GMP/HACCP standards across multiple shifts.

The role emphasizes collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment, with relocation assistance available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Two to four years of experience in food or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Knowledge of Food Safety Guidelines, Good Manufacturing Practices, and HACCP.
• Familiarity with FDA and USDA regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support FSQRA technicians and associates through active floor presence, coaching, and accountability.
• Partner with production supervisors to support production improvements and efficiencies while maintaining food safety and quality standards.
• Serve as a key quality and food safety leader during second shift, mirroring first-shift expectations with fewer on-site resources.
• Drive collaboration between Quality Assurance, Production, Sanitation, and Warehouse teams.
• Hold teams accountable to food safety, quality, and operational expectations through follow-up and reinforcement.
• Monitor and verify HACCP to ensure compliance with policies.
• Conduct GMP and sanitation audits throughout production and warehouse areas.
• Support resolution of food safety and quality issues in real time on the production floor.
