JOB DESCRIPTION
Summary: The FSQA Supervisor ensures that the manufacturing facility produces safe and efficient food, follows HACCP and SSOP programs, and meets the high quality-assurance standards of our business partners.
Schedule: 3rd shift, on-site 8:30pm - 5:30am
Supervisory Responsibility: This would include overseeing a team of about 15 team members, oversee/document training of these team members including personnel reviews, maintain inventory of scales and thermometers, maintain tracking of sanitation performance, and other assigned shift responsibilities.
Work Environment: High noise, cold temperature, warm temperature, slippery floors, moving equipment and dust may be present. Employees will wear personal protective equipment as necessary or required.
Physical Demands: Position requires sitting and standing for up to 8 hours as well as occasionally lifting 50 pounds.
Position Type: This is a full-time exempt position. Some Saturday work required.
