Job summary

Tyson Foods is hiring a Food Safety & Quality Assurance (FSQA) Technician in the United States. You will perform physical and visual inspections of products and plant systems, document results, and take corrective actions to ensure compliance with food safety standards.

In this role, you will report results to management, assist with process adjustments, and handle additional responsibilities as needed. The position requires a HS diploma or GED and eligible work in the U.S., with

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Minimum 1 year experience in the food manufacturing industry OR related Quality Assurance experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to lead by example and motivate the hourly workforce.
Good problem identification and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Performing physical and visual inspections of products and plant systems.
Documenting and calculating results accurately.
Taking corrective action, including alerting personnel to adjust processes and reporting results to management.
Handling additional assignments as requested.
