SW Iowa Food Manufacturer in SW Iowa is seeking an FSQA Manager to lead a 40+ member Quality and Sanitation team. You will drive food safety programs and partner with operations to ensure product integrity.

Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will own quality audits, CAPA execution, and regulatory compliance. Relocation assistance is available for the right candidate and the role is onsite in the Des Moines/Omaha corridor.

Qualifications

• Experience leading QA teams in food manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards and audits.
• Proven ability to drive continuous improvement.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration.
