FPC Franchise seeks an FSQA Manager to lead a 40+-person team across Quality and Sanitation at a major prepared foods facility in Southwest Iowa. The role collaborates closely with the Plant Manager and senior leadership to uphold food safety, quality, and sanitation standards.

The successful candidate will oversee QA and sanitation teams, drive continuous improvement, and ensure regulatory compliance while coordinating with site leadership on goals and performance metrics.

Our food manufacturing client in Southwest Iowa is looking for their next FSQA Manager.

A privately owned, $2B+ organization with 2–3% year-over-year growth, this is an established company with deep roots, stable backing, and a strong track record.

The site is a significant prepared foods manufacturer serving major foodservice customers, with approximately 300 employees and 9 production lines. The FSQA Manager will lead a team of 40+ across Quality and Sanitation, including 2 FSQ Supervisors and 2 Sanitation Supervisors, and partner closely with the Plant Manager and leadership team.

POSITION HIGHLIGHTS

• Onsite role in Southwest Iowa, greater Des Moines, IA / Omaha, NE area.
• Lead a team of 40+ across Quality and Sanitation.
• Compensation target of $100,000–$120,000 + 10% bonus.
