Holly Poultry, Inc. is hiring a FSQA Quality Assurance Technician at our Baltimore facility. The role centers on inspecting and monitoring processes and products to ensure the highest quality standards and compliance with specifications.

Requirements include reading, writing and speaking English, basic math, the ability to stand for long periods, and the capacity to lift up to 75 pounds. Experience in food manufacturing is a plus; HACCP certification is preferred.

Formación

• Experience in food manufacturing or processing is a plus.
• HACCP plan certification preferred.
• May require working Sundays through Saturdays or according to production needs.
• Post-offer/pre-employment drug and background screening required.

Responsabilidades

• Complete regular quality checks.
• Inspect and monitor processes and products.
• Conduct pre-op on lines for cleanliness and document.
• Audit process by using specifications.
• Monitor meat quality and code dates.
• Monitor packaging and labeling for quality issues.
• Monitor team members for GMPs.
• Monitor temperatures of products.
• Conduct housekeeping checks.
• Monitor weight control checks.
• Retain product when needed and document QA holds.
• Assist production with quality issues.
• Collect finished product for shelf-life program.
• Other duties as assigned.
