Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year FSQA experience, preferably in meat manufacturing.
• Must possess skills to complete Tyson paperwork and read product specifications.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to lead by example and motivate hourly workforce.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the activities of FSQA Technicians and address issues with supervision.
• Ensure safety in all aspects, including personal safety and food safety.
• Handle additional assignments as requested and adapt to shift needs.
• Track and maintain daily FSQA records and conformance to requirements.
• Investigate nonconformance issues and properly hold non-conforming products.
• Report quality and food safety issues to FSQA Leadership in a timely manner.
